youll need to show some images of the actual phone. At the very least the packaging is fake. Its not listed as black. the color isnt even black. "saphire black" as its listed is ctually more of a dark blue tint.

Im with EE but the phones from carphone warehouse so its a standard unlocked model dont knwo if that changed anything

UK here i checked about 2 hours ago and there was an update, havent downloaded it since at work but ill be doing it soon as im in, either way its definatly getting out in the uk so keep trying

agreed i went from the s4 to the edge, my edge battery is easily lasting me 3/4 time what my s4 did which is pretty impressive.

everyone had it for a while it was all over the xda forums but then a patch fixed it, odd that you still have it. theres an os update due anytime (already out to some usa providers) so maybe try waiting for that?

YEa s6 owner even says in reviews it dosnt fit. This just sounds like a farse It dosnt support the cable . people have tried it it dosnt fit. I dont know what magical cable this supposed samsung employee has but ill beleive it when I see it

go to any product forum and its likely to be mainly complaints, people dont go to forums usually to talk about how great and perfect everything is running, people reach out when theres issues and they need help or to vent, way its always been ive found
