T-Rex, I am telling myself that as well. I had the original 8GB and had to return due to this very issue. It's been a few months of not having one, but now with the larger capicity units I am really wanting to get one again!

Just save yourself the headache of guessing or attempting to repair/fix and get it replaced for a different unit ;) Obviously there is something wrong with the unit and you are within the return policy.

I hope that you have good results and I wouldn't worry. If they had an issue with the unit not being purchased, they would not have issued and RMA #. Stay positive!

I was an early adopter and jumped at the original 8GB unit and had it for literally 4 days before returning to Google, so I am sad to see they are still having an issue with the light leak and screen lifting. I would have hoped this was a thing of the past, but apparently not.

Simply go to this site: Contacting Support - Nexus Help There is an email and phone support option. They won't ask where or when you purchased, just have the unit ready with box (for serial number, etc.) and you will be fine.
