I tried messing with game launcher, performance and everything else. Nothing improves it. The main problem is the animation. It's not smooth. It's choppy. It skips frames. People who came from a non-samsung to samsung might relate better.

I'm the guy who asked the question. No power saving modes are on. One of my friends who had an S8 said it was great, but now has a Note 9 and says it's terrible. Another guy said his s9+ is the same. Bad.

The only thing missing is being able to stand it in portrait mode. There are plenty of nice cases out there that are similar to this one. I can't understand why I can't find one that lets you stand it landscape and portrait, doesn't cover up S-Pen, Earphones or power. With a premium feel.

I have the Note 3 from Verizon. It searches for my location wayyyyy too often. The sound it makes when it finds the location is so annoying and inconvenient at times. I cannot find an option to turn it off. I do not want to turn off location becuz of the weather and gps apps. Thanks.

I figured it out(I think). It's the GPS. When I turn off GPS it doesn't make that sound. Thanks for trying to help everyone.
