It must have been a bad phone. No lagging and my battery will make it through the day with normal use. So far I'm loving my phone. The only thing that might steer me away is the Note2. I'm looking forward to seeing the specs on that phone.

Update after two days. Battery life - After 8 hours of moderate use today I still had 40% battery left. I made many voice calls, I streamed music, I played music on the device, browsed the web, used FB Twitter and Google+, Yahoo mail, Kindle, Gallery, etc... Even on auto brightness the screen...

I agree I'm loving the screen. I do wish it was larger and edge to edge like the OneX. Colors just pop on this phone.

And if it matter to anyone I get about a 30-35 second boot from off.
