If you're trying to put the phone back to stock, there will be a flash-all.sh in the downloaded zip. you can either open it up in a text editor if you feel like doing it manually and the order is in the file, or you can edit that file with the ./fastboot-mac command in place of the "fast boot"...

use ./fastboot-mac instead of fastboot in terminal and the factory images are here. https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
