my wife has a z1 compact, super easy to unloack the bootloader with a code from sony for full root. I have been looking to see if big red has done anything to stop this on the z3V. Any word? with root can remove the bloat!!!!

Intalled drivers every time No it didn't. I thought it was stange too but once i clicked "no" on the install drivers screen for boot strap and your cmd prompt could recognize the phone. So, I unplugged and replugged the phone and clicked "yes" to install the divers again and it continued on...

Droidxcon, All done!!!!! super easy now time to debloat!!!!!!! THANKS!!!!! With WIN7 Ultimate, I had to select install drivers every time the phone was plugged in after a reboot.
