It is not an app with something 'set' wrong & it's not just Wi-Fi...
For example:
Pandora will not go to next song if screen is not active
Shopkick can't stay connected to it's server if... same
S Voice needs phone to be fully awake or has ' network error'
Can ANYONE help??? :'(
