I pre-ordered my S9 from Samsung. This is my first attempt at buying a non carrier phone. I was hoping that I'd still be able to keep Asurion. I'm a bit nervous as the Verizon rep I spoke to told me there wouldn't be any problems. I was also hoping to score an Exynos processor

I was definitely on the fence, but when considering the speakers, more durability, better finger scanner placement and faster processer I'm sold, these might seem to be minor update but they have addressed all my pain points. after this upgrade I'll probably have it for a long time

It seems like my phone is missing several features that others have. When I watch YouTube I see that other people have access to a color wheel to change the navigation bar and they can set their phone to swipe down for the notification tray. Why don't u have these features?
