I have a note tab 2 10.1 and the power button is not very responsive any more it still functions but you have to press down pretty hard. My other issue is the volume rocker is also not responsive at all and only works sometimes. Does anyone have any suggestions or know what the warranty terms are??

I am curious. if I filed a lost/missing claim on a phone and received a new phone from assurant and i find the phone later can i still use/sell the phone ??
