Yep. I have contacted Samsung support a couple of times, and told them that you just keep going in circles, trying to activate it, they don't care. NICE!

Confirmed with Samsung support chat, that it was removed from the current update, due to security issues. Update occured November 4th I believe. Hoping it returns next update... or as the other person said for the NOTE, make it a feature of the device in general to have trusted bluetooth...

When I try to click the auto-lock spot, I have to go through the pattern verification and set a pattern again, and pin code, but then when it goes back out, the box is not checked... and if I try to click it again, it goes through the same process with a fail at the end... My app just updated...

If you mean iMessage, then no, I don't think there is. I am not sure if there is any app that shows when the other person has read, or is replying to your text, etc.

So, I turned off the smart relay, lets see if that works. I have had this issue since day one, but now that I think about it, at one point, I did a reset of my phone and it reset that toggle, and I don't think it was doing it, but started again a couple of days ago, after I turned it on again...
