I've got a iPhone 5 LTE unlimited plan and after dropping the the sim with a nano to micro adapter I had no data happening. Frustratingly surfing the web looking for answers I stumbled on this thread and by using the above APN settings it's working fine on HSPA+, so thanks for the help. I'm sure...
