On my Samsung Galaxy S5 running 6.0.1 I can swipe to the side (not up) to instantly hide the notification. But I'm not sure if that's a Android feature or a Samsung feature. Also you can go into the Application Manager > Choose an App > Allow Notifications

Something similar is still there, but a little bit buried. Open Smart Manager > Ram > Background Applications > and Others (if necessary) and I think you will see a list similar to what you are looking for.

Thank you for the confirmation. What a pity. Yes I am already using AppMgr III too, but it would be nice to avoid the extra work in the first place.

Will this method work on the S5 too, now that it has Android 6? And will this then prevent the need to keep moving apps back to the SD card after they are updated? THANKS :)

*Please note this battery requires removal of the back cover which will not sustain the water resistant design of the Galaxy S5. It's really a pity that the ZeroLemon designs don't incorporate this feature.
