Working to cancel my order as I type this. Plan to order through verizon with next day. This hastle isn't worth the savings of 6.75/mo. Last time I pre-order with them. Second time they have messed up my account with Verizon.

They didn't. Asked for my mobile number, my name, and my Verizon PIN again and said it should be taken care of. She said at best a day, at most 5 days. I figure if they haven't resolved it by Friday I'm going to cancel and just go straight through Verizon.
