on a full charge, it says I'm only getting about 10 hours of usage whereas everyone else on this thread is getting 16+. I'm now down to 96% with only 20 minutes of screen usage just by using Snapchat and instagram. is there anyone that could tell me what's wrong? or did I just get a faulty...
