I have my firmware decompiled and I made a few changes and now I'd like to recompile it and sign it, but I'm lost as to how to get this done and it work. I can do apks just fine. Don't laugh, I'm new at this and I really want to learn Android OS. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have a cheap older android tablet with 4.2.2 Jellybean os. It doesn't have GAPPS and I'd like to add it so I can have Google Play services. Is there a way to do this? I've tried installing a GAPPS package, but it doesn't seem to take. I would gladly pay for a custom rom for my device that will...
