I had same problem Took the phone back to the retailer who said it could be a short from the battery. He replaced the battery and it's been ok since....so far!

I have the same problem I spent an hour on the phone with the guy from Samsung help and got nowhere. I told him that other people have the same problem.. Told him about this web site and suggested it might be a bug or a phone defect but didn't seem impressed. I have no social media apps on...
