Stock messages app

I have been trying to find a way to stop my messages app from making a notification alert for every message I reply to. It is confusing and annoying. I went to the messaging app settings and turned off hear outgoing message sounds, but it still gives me a notification alert of me sending a text...

Just try everything they tell u, and hopefully they exhaust all the options and get u the replacement. Try again, sometimes it depends on the representative.

Yea through Google. I think it works the same way though. It's a warranty issue. Ur covered for a year for manufacturer defects. Just go to ur settings and go to the support tab and just let them know the issue. They will help u.

I didn't have this issue, but I did do a warranty replacement. The turn around time was immediate, had a new replacement within 3 days. It came as a new phone in original box, with all the goodies, so you'll have a backup power brick and cords.

I got a pixel xl from bb also, and it wasn't sealed. I was thinking that Verizon had opened it to put the SIM inside the phone. Just a thought as to why it wasn't sealed.

So I'm on T-Mobile and I have the same issue hearing depending on background noise. Is it on by default or how do I enable this?

Does anyone know if they use UPS or FedEx for shipping?
