You can use Sony smartTag app (Need to install 2 apps on your phone). The Xperia smartTag app doesn’t write anything to the tag, it just associates a set of commands with the found ID/URL! You don't need a Sony device and don't need to buy Sony smartTags ;-) . Much more info; NFC tags; Tectiles...
