FINALLY got an email that my adapter was shipped today (8/25)! They sent an email a while ago that they were having trouble getting a supplier to make the proper spring bars for the adapter, and it would be at least another month before they shipped. I had the option of getting the adapter...

Goodness! That doesn't sound right to me! I get a whole day out of mine without any problems! I have enough knowledge about this kind of stuff to advise you. Maybe someone else can give you some help on how to fix this problem. Good luck!

Have my watch working perfectly now. I had been using a great app called "Bubble Cloud Wear Launcher", which shows a clock face with bubbles that can be re-sized, moved, changed, etc., and an app drawer with all the watch's apps also in bubbles. Anyway, I tried everything to get notifications...

I got the update about a week ago. After a few restarts, everything is working fine. Like it so far!

I thought I tried that before 2.0 and it didn't work. Glad to know, thanks! It always seemed more logical that holding the center button in would turn it off!

Thanks for your reply. Right after I started this thread, I got a message from Google that the Tap to explore message would go away on its own after 30 minutes, and could not be dismissed manually, something about security. There's no instructions to go with 2.0, so I had no way of knowing...
