I thought this problem was fixed with the latest update but I just had the same problem reoccur after booting up my phone. I received a phone call about 20 minutes after start up and then 2 calls go straight to voicemail afterwards.
Finally gave up waiting for the code to be emailed or texted to me and took my old phone directly to the corporate store. I received a $100 credit right away on my account, no questions asked.
I talked with customer service on Wed night and they said to give it a few days. They also referred me to the trade in center who had no idea about the current promo. Let us know if you hear anything!
Has anyone who purchased this phone online received a text or email with the way to trade in their old smartphone for the $100 credit? Supposedly we should have received something 5 days after activating. It has now been 5 days and I haven't received anything yet. Thanks all!
