I just discovered an e-mail issue with both my tablet and my note 3 phone. I don't know how long this has been going but I would think it couldn't be too long. I will mark an email as unread or it will come in unread but not show up as unread in the unread count. As you can see from the below...

I was able to get it to work by changing the outgoing server settings to match my tablet. This tread did help by making my wonder why one worked and the other didn't. Thanks all.

We are both using a Verizon account. @verizon.net and it happens both at work and at home. I forgot to mention that I can send emails from the same account at home with my Samsung tablet.

Both me co-worker and I have the Note 3 using tmobile and verizon fios. We both have the same e-mail problem. When wifi is on we can receive email but not send email. Is there something wrong with a setting? Thanks for the help.
