I have not tried a new cable but I definitely will. It's weird that I have to force Maps to open by launching it first on my phone and if I don't it's like it doesn't even exist.

For the past month or so, Android Auto completely changed and completely sucks. I have a 2021 Trail Blazer and have not had issues ever, until recently. I hardwire USB-C to my S22+. My google maps does not show up. The only way I have found to make it actually display is to pick a destination...
