Just wanted to say that this worked for me. Although, the flag name as of June 5, 2019 is called "Newblue". It took me awhile to find the flag, but once I found it and enabled it then I was able to get smart lock to work perfectly. THANK YOU

You should be able to flash your phone with Matt's Utility. this will bring you right up to the current JB update. I am not 100% positive you can flash this while still on the christmas build, so you should wait to get verification from someone that knows for sure...
