Norwal, Thank you SO much!! I had the same problem and none of the regular solutions worked. Even deleting an app and reinstalling it didn't work, wouldn't even LET me reinstall it, kept giving me a 'double provider verification error' Tried Your workaround and now they do show again on the app...
