Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 (SM-J327V Android version 8.1.0.). Verizon is my carrier. I try to delete each app's cache by going into Settings, then the specific app, and then the Storage section of that app. I press the Clear Cache button at which point the Cache goes to 0. When I...
