Sorry to have given you an answer you seem to have taken the wrong way,my knowledge is very limited and I assumed that it was necessary to connect WiFi in order for my problem to work.It is clear now that it is not connected at all.If I knew what I was talking about I wouldn't be asking for help.

My problem is that after clicking the top left hand corner three lines ,this opens up Set up email ,give address password etc this shows server does not support authentication ,there is no Manage accounts anywhere.I have tried this many times

Taking a screen shot involves pressing power and volume for 2 secs this sends the capture to gallery if the prompt Search appears,I can't find search anywhere so it doesen't appear i n gallery as it is supposed to.Does anyone have any ideas what is happening
