Do you know if your Knox counter was 0x0 before flashing and if flashing your phone to stock bumped it to 0x1 (possibly voiding the warranty)? To check your knox counter, search youtube for "Galaxy Note2 odin mode and checking the flash counter". The video isn't for an S5, but it worked on my S5.
