It's weird though because when I put it in the freezer before for 30 mins it would work for about 5 mins, but now no matter how long I leave it in for it just won't turn on. I was actually told to leave it in for a couple of hours in order for it to stay on long enough to extract my data.

How long did you leave it in for? I left my phone in for 2 hours and the battery for 20 mins and it still didn't get past the boot screen. Should I leave it in for longer?

How many hours did you leave it in for? I put in my phone and battery together for about 45 mins and had no luck, I'll try leaving them both in for two hours tonight.
