I figured it out. You have to go to "Advanced Features" in the Instagram settings and turn off "Use High-Quality Image Processing"

Just got the S4 and i love it, only problem is every time i try to post a picture to instagram it shows up either distorted or just a black picture. Idk if it has to do with the photo resolution or size since the camera is a 13 mega pixel compared to my old phones 8 mega pixel. Anyone have any...
