    My Samsung S5 is stuck on the start-up screen. I didn't do anything to cause it. What can I do?

    Has happened 2 me a couple of times with my Galaxy S5 (SM-G900I) EASY FIX!! Needs a soft reset, not a factory reset or firmware reload.
