Fixed mine!! I had to do a factory reset. Thanks to all those above me for the suggestion!!! As also stated above the reset only took about 30 minutes of course recovered everything via gmail account. Thanks again!! John Music City, USA

At the top of my phone where the WiFi, Location, Sound etc is located in normal screen mode there is a square with a N inside of it. When I open the top bar it is not there. Android version 5.0.1 I placed a screen shot as my avatar. Thanks in advance, john
