I've got a number of EVO LTE's here at my shop with non responsive or jumpy digitizers. After investigating, I found questionable USB ports on all of them- even though USB was working. Replaced USB port and digitizer works as it should. New LCD/digitizer is $40+(and would not fix it anyway)...
