I just received mine in gunmetal and the volume button does have a bit of wiggle, not sure if it will bother me. The bigger issue is the rattling from the power button.

The only reason for me in NYC is that work pays for my Verizon phone. Otherwise I would switch in a heartbeat just to have better hardware options....
