Thanks, I was having the same problem!

The OTA upgrade to 5.0 had rendered my 2012 Nexus 7 practically unusable, very slow and jerky. I read on a forum that a factory reset would fix it and it certainly did. Everything seems to work quite smoothly now. Posted via the Android Central App

My Nexus 7 does not give you the option of removing your Google account. Not sure what to do now.

Re: 4.3 update cant download apps I can't remove my Google account on my Nexus 7. There is no option for that available, the only command you get when you click the three dots is "sync now." Any idea what I can do short of doing a full factory reset? Thanks!
