I used the manual way when I had an iPhone. This is my first Android device. I have a Gmail and a Comcast account. Everything works great, I just decided I wanted to manually get my e-mail. I usually view my e-mail on my computer and just wanted to switch to manual on my phone.

I have looked in general preferences and in each individual e-mail settings. I see the sync schedule under sync settings and inside there, I do not see a manual setting. Not sure what I am not seeing as far as manual sync goes.

Is there a way to set my Note 2's e-mail to manual sync only? I can't seem to find a manual sync choice. Thanks for any information. :)
