All that work for nothing. Reset the sob, and I still can't sync my contacts with gmail. What a joke.

I've decided I'm just going to back everything up and do a factory reset. And choose to sync Contacts with gmail during setup. But thanks for the suggestions.

On my Nexus 6 I don't have that setting in the Contacts app. I have: Call history Import/Export New Contact Settings And in Settings there isn't anything for sync

I chose not sync my phone Contacts with gmail when I setup my phone. Is it possible to now sync them? If I enable sync in settings for the Google account, nothing happens. My phone Contacts don't sync with my gmail account.

Adding new Contacts - Don't want to sync Previously with my Samsung phone I didn't have to sync my Contacts with my gmail account. Now it seems that I have now choice. Is there a way to add new Contacts on my Nexus 6, without syncing them with my gmail account?

AT&T put out an update that adds this feature this past Saturday (12/29).

My carrier is AT&T, it does not have it and it's up to date. Personally I think Samsung should either take down or update the marketing video on their website that shows this feature. Don't advertise the feature if it isn't available on every phone.
