Is there a way to stop the nagging and downloading of the Gingerbread update from Verizon on a Rooted, stock-debloated thunderbolt running gingerbread already? Its constant nagging is quite annoying.

Anyway to tell what is causing my phone to reboot and then go to a black screen with the android and exclamation triangle? I try to restore but it doesn't help. Any direction would be terrific. Thanks.

I'm guessing he's speculating incorrectly, because it would be stupid to waste screen real estate when there are perfectly good buttons sitting on the bottom of the phone. (That I feel like I'd prefer more than on-screen buttons)

I can't seem to get text messages on my Thunderbolt, on either Handcent or the stock HTC app. This is in 3 different ROMs, with multiple resets, and cleared data. I can send the texts just fine but can't receive them.

SoaB is nicer than Forever, but Forever is MUCH slicker, faster, stable etc. I'm running both (thanks BootManager!) but my main is Soab 1.0.2, I updated today, and its good, the only problem is my icons have weird muiltcolored "static" animation behind them that looks like crap . I'd...
