This was driving me nuts. I couldn't understand stand why it would work sometimes, and not at other times. Now that I think about it, it did work when I was charging my Bluetooth earbuds. I rolled back the update and now it seems to work correctly. Thanks !

I haven't figured out a way to change it yet. The swipe to outer circle screen appears when the phone has been sitting idle for a while, and you have to enter a pin, or a pattern, or simply swipe up to begin using your phone( and someone calls your phone). If your phone is being used AFTER you...
