My sim tray snapped off into my phone when I was ejecting it the other day. The sim tray is made of cheap plastic and it has jagged edges. Anywho, I contacted support (sat), received a pretty much canned response (mon). Pretty much I can sent it in for repair if all goes well it’ll be 2 weeks...
