    LG G4 happens more and more often. A restart of the phone fixes it. Is there a soft reset available? Seems obvious this is a software issue, not hardware, since restarts make it work again.

    yeah that was it. in my case it was the "Sure" remote control app. Why that needs a location, who knows, but it's uninstalled now.

    how to uninstall vz navigator

    Go to "manage apps" VZ Nav, and "uninstall updates." That should give you an error. Then when you select VZ Nav again, you'll have the option to "disable." That should do it!
