Do you have an adequate supply of ip addresses available in your dhcp pool? I also, and does your wifi router limit the number of available connections? This sounds like a network issue, and not a xoom issue.

using xoom for work, Documents To Go is a must for me, and works well. For remote access to computers, splashtop in network and LogMeIn Ignition for out of network. For browsers, I like Dolphin HD best. For fun, Netflix!
