Any idea as to why my phone doesn't have those call forwarding settings on my phone? When I google this problem they say to go into phone settings and then into supplementary services. There is no supplementary services option on my phone as far as I can tell.

Problem solved. I was incorrectly keeping the sim card in the old Moto X Pure Edition phone while trying to transfer to the new phone. Once I put the sim card in the new Huawei mate 10 pro phone I was able to scan and transfer the old data into the new phone. Hope this helps others.....
