I've tried that plus I've also tried a clean install of the app with no luck. It still presents the same issue

John Smith is my real name believe it or not haha. But yeah no one seems to have the same issue which leads me to believe it's an app that's on my phone that's causing the problem. A factory reset seems to be the way to go at the moment.
