It is paired with Note 5. I do not get emails to the watch all the time, and most of the time, the email that is received on the phone is registered 3 hours after. Was on the phone with Samsung and ATT for over 5 hours trying everything. It seems odd that all 3 watches have the same issues.

You have the same problem as I do. I think there is a glitch as I heard many people complain about this. I personally returned 2 Gear S2 4g from ATT and then the Gear S2 Classic for the same reason. I was on the phone with ATT and Samsung for over 6 hours. Finally I returned everything

I'm having lots of problems getting emails. I get it 3 hours later or not at all sometimes. This is my 3rd watch that is Gear S2. First 2 was a 3g/4g, and now I returned it for a Gear S2 classic. Same thing with emails. I wonder if all wearable devices are like this.

Gear s2 4g purchased from Att two times neither worked with email receiving after 3 hours or not at all. Returned and got a s2 classic.. email still doesn't work properly. Anyone experience this? Am I doing something wrong?
