I doubt that a brilliant brain like yours has a solution when you can't even understand the question, you don't seem to be able to understand what a backup does in a phone, if you had a clue you would have answered instead of wasting time asking why I am asking, and what are you trying to prove...

Since I got this phone and I having trouble hearing it and I keeping missing calls, even if the phone is in my pocket, I did not have this problem with my non-smart phone, any solution? (yes call volume and media and notification is set to the max) P.S. I posted this by mistake in "Ask a Question"
