I'm having the same issue. It just recently happened after I just installed the latest security update for my phone. Prior to the update it was not doing this. I will try to post a screen shot of the update notes. Any help would be very appreciative as this is extremely annoying.

My camera has been having the same issue since the begining of summer. I mounted it to my motorcycle handlebars and ever since close up pictures are wavey and intelligible. Not only is the camera buzzing, but as you can tell, takes less than fuzzy pictures. Please help. Posted via the Android...

I just got the HTC ONE M8 and noticed it has a SIP feature right in the call settings. Does anyone know how to use and/or set this up? I signed up for getonsip.com and tried to use that but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
