Try wiping everything first. Use a superwipe.zip, then flash the ics rom of your choice. If it still doesnt work. Dirty flash that bad boi

You need to use superwipe.zip. When you are in recovery wiping, its not completely formatting. Dont push another kernel. Just flash the superwipe.zip and then whatever ics rom you want. Also I would advised using a recent backup to flash back to whatever rom you were on, then using...

So was it clockwork that caused it, or something you did and/or the ROM file did. Clockwork has been solid for everyone I know.

How are you liking it Aiden? I have been looking over most the roms, but there is one thing i just cant stand... SENSE! I want the whole ICS experience lol. ICS on its own is sexy and sense just messes it all up for me :cool: Am I the only one that feels that way?

I hope everyone is trying out the new ICS ROMs for our phone. The HTC One S is an awesome phone but we now have some tailored for our phone specifically. Gotta love ICS :D

Apps work the same on all Android devices. All of them will allow you to install from unknown sources. Also, as far as root goes, YES - some will require root to USE them, but you can always still install them. Just no point if you cant use them :cool:

ANY lag is not good... strange that you guys are reporting lag on so many builds...

What your guys issue is probably that your using TWRP recovery. You need clockwork recovery. TWRP doesnt flash ICS ROMs.
