Try cleaning the contacts. Maybe the water caused some oxidation and is keeping it from making good contact.

Ive noticed mine lags quite a bit since the jb update as well. Only had it since sept so i have a while yet to upgrade. It also has the vibrate that works when it wants to but im not overly concerned. I just miss the pep that it had on ics.

I just got mine in september. Was planning on keeping for another year at least.

Are there any good apps that i can pre download the maps for? I travel to different places for work and every time i use my phone as a gps my data usage skyrockets. Now that im not on unlimited i worry about going over. What would be great is say i am traveling to Miami i could download maps...

Downloading now :) over wifi its going quickly. checked this weekend and I had "up to date" messages. IIRC it estimated 388MB. I remember upgrading to ICS over the 4g and it took forever to download.
