Is it normal for the Starting Android black screen to take so long? I'm going on 10 min after attempting the SD card update

So has anyone gotten word about Sprint releasing the pre-orders early? I just pre-ordered mine this past Saturday but they told me they would ship to store and weren't sure if I could pick up early.

Well I had the same issue, I did a hard reset twice on the phone and twice it ONLY temporarily fixed the problem. I took it in to Sprint and they told me it was a hardware issue with the touch screen. They ordered me a new one at no charge since I am paying the monthly insurance fee...
