    S4 won't open some pages, black jigsaw page...help

    Hi Recently got the S4. When I try to open some sites/PDFs or download a PDF file, it just goes to a black page with a jigsaw piece and a sad face. I've tried downloading adobe, Polaris and a flash player but none of them help. Can anyone help? Thanks
